Spiritual Sadhana is a term that comes from the Indian tradition and refers to a spiritual practice or discipline aimed at evolution and self-realization. The word "sadhana" comes from Sanskrit and means "diligent effort," "practice," or "spiritual path." In this offering Shivananda will teach a variety of Spiritual Sadhana forms including practices of guided meditation, mantra recitation, kriya yoga, the practice of breath control (pranayama), energy activations, and more!

Amsha
Shivananda has shown me that I can accomplish everything myself, independently and become my True Self in preparation for my mission here on Earth.
It was not always easy, but so valuable when you feel you are almost there, precisely because you find the strength to do it yourself.
Now I may and can say that I Am a generator and Alchemist for illuminating love and joy.
I Am a being of Light, ancient, wise I emanate and vibrate in the frequency of pure Love,Purity is my Power.
Thank you Master for letting me experience being my own Master.

The word "Pranayama" comes from...
Benefits of Pranayama

3. Balance vital energy: According to yoga philosophy, prana is the vital energy that permeates the entire universe and flows through our bodies. When the flow of prana is blocked or unbalanced, physical and mental disorders can occur.

Aisa
I have been living in the Ashram for a year and a half and my life has started again. I came from 3 difficult years, went through an intense dark night of the soul, which saw its end through Shivananda and all the souls living here and coming here.
My rebirth has been constant and continuous, limiting beliefs let go to make way for love of me, old blocks transformed into strength, a simpler and evolved vision that allows me to love myself more. Acceptance, non judgment, trust, the real ingredients of the beauty that has made room within me. The strength to overcome life's challenges rooted in loving myself. Grateful for the experience, I thank every single soul who helped teach me compassion with myself and kindness. Grateful to Shivananda for teaching me the power of light.
