"My experience with Shivananda started 7 months ago.

I can say that what I experienced was something truly magical and all encompassing. I've experienced things and grown in ways inside the ashram that outside probably would have taken years and years.

Shivananda does not always bring comfort because when pure love arrives and you are not ready to receive it you will not feel comfort but instead all your blocks and limits that you have in receiving will come out.
