Who is the program designed for?

The Shivananda Ashram is located on 185 acres in the beautiful mountains in Puglia, southern Italy.

TRAVEL TO THE ASHRAM:
Fly into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO).
Then take a 3 hour train to Foggia, which is about a 1 hour drive from the Ashram. https://www.trenitalia.com/en
Transfer from Foggia with a driver from the Ashram: 25 Euros each way, per person, cash only.
Program Dates and Cost:
April 21-26, 2023
The program will begin in the evening of Friday, April 21st. Lunch at 4pm, program at 6:15pm.
We will complete the program around 2pm Wednesday, April 26th.
Sliding Scale Dakshina:
Dakshina is a sacred offering/energetic exchange for the services of a spiritual guide or master teacher.
We are introducing a sliding scale in an effort to make the ashram and healing accessible and improve the facilities. We trust that you will offer based on your economic means and that the energy exchanges will balance out so that all may benefit.
We request the following Dakshina per person:
Dorm Bed: 500 EUR or 540 EUR
Shared Bedroom w/ Shared Bath: 550 EUR or 600 EUR
This includes up to 5 nights accommodations, 2 meals per day plus snacks, program.
Additional nights may be confirmed at the following rates:
Dorm Bed: 35 EUR or 40 EUR
Shared Bedroom w/ Shared Bath: 45 EUR or 55 EUR
Additional donations are always welcomed to improve the operations of the ashram and support the building of the new project.
