The True Meaning of Shivananda's Birthday
Shivananda's upcoming birthday marks the conclusion of his 7 year avatar process, thus reaching the fullness of his divine expression. This started in 2017 when Shivananda realized God during a profound nine day samadhi, which then resulted in the opening of his healing gifts and siddhi powers.
How can we understand
Shivananda Swamiji's birthday?
We can say after our experiences: Shivananda Swamiji has come without having any beginning or end. Its strength is an eternal continuity. So what does all this fun mean to celebrate your birthday?
God has no beginning or end, so what's the point of a birthday party? What does it mean? My friends, these celebrations have nothing to do with how a birthday is usually celebrated.
... the day where the mind is with God is your birthday;
... the day your Heart opens to God is your birthday;
... the day we feel united with the Divine is our birthday;
... the day you bring his teachings is our birthday.

ASHRAM LOCATION:
The ashram center is located on 185 acres in the beautiful mountains and ancient forest in Puglia, southern Italy.

TRAVELING TO THE ASHRAM:
First fly into Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO).
Then take a scenic 3 hour high speed train from Rome to Foggia station, which is about 1 hour drive from the Ashram.
Italian Trains:
Then transfer from Foggia station with driver to the Ashram. The ashram has a shuttle that will pick you up and take you back at 25 Euros each way, per person, cash only.
