Every one of you is your own Guru.
This is the first task and understanding of those, who choose a Guru, to recognize their inner voice and align their whole personality with the soul, by nullifying and transforming the dual nature of individuality and developing discernment in the Heart.

What is Darshan with Shivananda?
Shivananda Swamiji is considered among one of the most powerful healers and guides in the world.
Darshan (seeing the divine by sight) opens the way of deep healing and purification, accelerating the karmic process and freeing from the implants that block the spiritual evolution. This also can expand your capacity and activate spiritual gifts.
Darshan is an individual experience supported by the group present. Shivananda calls individuals forward in intuitive order, and invites you to sit in from of him. Your eyes meet and as he scans your energy, you may have telepathic communication about where healing is most needed. Then Shivananda begins his energy work and has you lay down to receive the darshan experience.
Shivananda describes his Darshan:
"You see my eyes penetrating your heart like a ray of cosmic light and healing your wounds; sometimes it hurts a lot and brings tears, but those tears are tears that create Love. My Love shows you the way and how great it is, right at this time when there is a need for connection to the divine Love."
