WEEK 1

Cleansing and Reactivating Your Points of Energy (Chakras)

Shivananda Swamiji will teach various pranayama, kriya, vedic mantra and meditations to cleanse and reactivate your points of energy (chakras). Establishing a clean internal space through Sadhana (practices) will be foundational for the course and your daily routine to ignite a strong connection within yourself and the divine. With an energetically clear channel within, there will be space for you to welcome, ascend and expand rapidly in the teachings of Shivananda Swamiji.

The physical body is intertwined with an invisible energy body that regulates physiological processes, functions and makes it alive and vital. This energy body, consisting of energy points (chakras) that are connected through the three main nadis are essential structures that guide our emotions, thoughts and allow for the expansion of our creativity and creative power. If the energy points are balanced and expanded at maximum energy potential, becoming subtle and clean, your connection to the divine will open a channel of pure manifestation into your life.

WEEK 2

Awaken and empower your Kundalini 

The ability to meditate spontaneously, naturally and to obtain a state of peace and inner well-being in a short time through the awakening of inner energy which is found in our sacrum bone, is called "Kundalini" from Sanskrit.

Kundalini Energy is our inner mother, because like a mother she takes care of you, and gives us a complete state of well-being. She invites us in awakening all the innate qualities that reside in our various energy points (chakras).

Kundalini Energy is able to give us well-being and health, raise our awareness and consciousness, and to make us evolve spiritually. Through our Divine power from carrying the Primordial Matrix Seed, Shivananda Swamiji brings a technique that derives from ancient Tantra that will open up your Kundalini. Shivananda will guide you in learning to deepen your own embodied relationship with your Kundalini energy and how to apply through love to allow for your highest state of self-realization.

WEEK 3

Unifying Your Divine Shiva and Shakti

Remember, understand, and unify your Divine Shiva (masculine) and Shakti (feminine) energy within!  In the union between the male God and the female God, life and breath is given to everything. Shivananda says, "Shakti gives space for life after the creation of the worlds, with the strength and power of Shiva by her side."

Knowing our energy carries two polarities that move through the divine masculine and the divine feminine, Shivananda will provide the opportunity for you to balance the male and female energy to harmonize the divinity within. Learning to harness  and play in both frequencies will allow you to tap into your pure creation source- the source of everything and the matter of which existence is made. 

WEEK 4

Moving Multidimensionally

Shivananda will invite you to integrate the teachings from the Kundalini and Shiva - Shakti dimension then dive deeper into galactic and Christ Consciousness energy for multidimensional awareness and further realization of unity. We will practice opening our hearts in an unlimited space where we can move through all dimensions, body's and frequencies to heal ourselves, ascend past our humanness, and bring a new light healing  to the world. Multidimensional knowledge opens the portals that access your super consciousness by entering your original projection, your original blueprint. Aligning yourself to the present, into your real dimension, a vision of inner and outer opening connected to the awareness you can begin to go beyond the limits on this planet. We have the ability to journey through our multidimensionality into knowledge of other planets, dimensions and beings of light through galactic meditations and attunements that will guide you to reconnect with your multidimensional ancestral power.
