Meaning of Easter
The Authentic meaning of Easter manifests the supreme Transcendence of the Self, like a small seed that, in order to bear abundant fruit, must rise beyond itself:
it is love that embraces sacrifice, complete self-surrender.
Resurrection is the luminous emanation of Divine and Universal love, an ethereal rebirth that does not depend on the mother's womb, but originates from pure spirit, allowing one to embrace a new existence imbued with sacredness.

To say that Shivananda is a divine being of light is an understatement. I have been fortunate to have attended Darshan, a fire puja, and to have had two personal sessions. As an academic/cerebrally oriented person, letting go has always been my biggest challenge. Once held, I do not like letting go of people, places, ideas, or things. I have a loyal and soft heart, and my life has had significant loss. My husband was my other half as I lost my mother & other family members. Then, when my husband passed unexpectedly three years ago, I rebuilt my life with our young daughter. As many great writers as there are, no book could help with this, and my mind did not serve my healing. My Dad, wanting to support, introduced me to Shivananda.
Shivananda instantly saw my heart and, among other healings, led me through a guided meditation tailored to my understanding, allowing me to be present. TRAVELING TO THE ASHRAM
✈️🚆From the major Italian airports take a high-speed train to Foggia which is about 1 hour from the Ashram or check direct flights to Foggia Airport (Gino Lisa Foggia Airport)
Other nearby airports are in Rome and Bari.

Then transfer from Foggia station with driver to the Ashram. The ashram has a shuttle that will pick you up and take you back at 35 Euros each way, per person, cash only.
