This profound technique is based on the understanding that to address and resolve an existential challenge, it is essential to work on four interconnected levels: physical-energetic, emotional, mental and soul.
Only by addressing the root of the problem, block, or obstacle in a Spiritual way can we experience true healing transformation.
Physical-Energetic Level
We begin with the body, our physical home.Â
Avataran Healing helps us release accumulated blocks and tension by restoring energy balance through Krya and Pranayama Yoga.This level is crucial for relieving pain and physical heaviness. From major Italian airports, you can take a high-speed train to Foggia (or explore other options listed on the page). Foggia is approximately one hour from the Ashram. You may also check for direct flights to Foggia Airport (Gino Lisa Foggia Airport). Other nearby airports include Rome and Bari.
From Foggia, Rome, or Bari, you can arrange a transfer. The Ashram offers a shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off.

Join Shivananda Swamiji, an embodiment of unconditional love, for a 1 hour private healing session. Shivananda believes that YOU are your best healer, and gently guides you back to your own mastery of healing through multidimensional and miraculous modalities.
Shivananda's mission includes helping Souls to find truth, peace and unconditional love through their own Consciousness, in harmony with all Creation.
In this dedicated space, purification, healing, expansion, and energetic activation are offered.
During the session he will answer your questions, discuss any problems: i.e. health, personal matters, and/or your spiritual process. Shivananda will then offer Avataran healing energy work and provide his Divine Darshan which opens the way of healing, and guide you through an intensive meditative process.
