Our time has come and we are ready to move forward on our purchase of The City of New Light property!
An incredible team of lawyers, engineers, architects, commercialists and financial professionals has been built and following review of the property inspections, documentation and financials, we will be ready to say YES to owning a new land to co-create our Light Family’s New Home!
After Shirdi Sai Baba manifested in front of Shivananda, guiding us to this property, we have known in our hearts this to be the position for our new home and co-creation of our dream as a community.
A space where we can live our vision of unity consciousness, join together in sustainable living and expand our healing offerings to the world on a larger scale, supporting ALL in embodying their Dharma.
We are in the process of building out a 3D model of the vision of our project and will be sharing it with the community once complete. We have attached a description of the property along with photos for now!

We are now opening these doors for community contributions to help birth this dream. We have created the following donation programs to support the property acquisition and ongoing ashram funding. It is now time for us to make this next step of devotion toward our vision and come together, opening an energy exchange channel and manifesting our collective abundance. We understand everyone is in a different financial position and have created this program with tiers to include everyone in this circle of contribution, truly embodying a balanced energy exchange.
We all know Shivananda has given his love and gifts selflessly to us since creating our current Ashram. We prioritize making healing accessible to ALL - many souls are arriving with zero funds, others are receiving deep discounts and payment plans as needed to never turn away our family for healing. The current Ashram and programs have run low profit margins due to this whole hearted giving and Shivannada has openly shared the Ashram cash flows with our community to understand the investment and work we constantly do to keep this space open to all. Now the time has arrived for us to come together as a collective with our contributions and manifest this dream of ours into reality.

Co-Creation Program
In search of co-creating our City of New Light, we are officially launching a new program for conscious donation exchanges from the heart! The program is divided into contribution tiers that are each aligned with corresponding gifts for our beloved family helping to manifest the New World.
We have finally found our dream City of New Light location! Divinely guided by Baba we arrived at Agriturismo La Valletta in Ischitella, FG, Italia. Located on 50+ acres of lush nutrient soil filled with fruits and vegetables, the property has an Olympic swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, sleeping space for 45+ people in both private and shared accommodations, a magical temple with a deck, 4 different cave temples, a large kitchen and group dining space for both indoor and outdoor all overlooking an incredible view of the sea.
We are in full flow with the current owners and attorneys who are very thankful for our interest and are both supportive and flexible in our acquisition of the property. Given the increase in size necessary for our growing community, we are in need of support to make this dream a reality and officially open our City of New Light. It has been a year of many challenges that have all led us perfectly to this magical space where we truly feel we can create a home of heaven on earth together.
The program below will support the acquisition of the property along with the furnishings and renovations necessary. We will have significant moving costs relocating the muurti’s, preparing the land, and updating the spaces to welcome all of you to a NEW Ashram. Each donation tier has carefully selected energy exchanges as an expression of Shivananda’s love and gratitude for your support and vision in this venture.
